What Uvistium trades.

Five primary asset classes, each with its own risk profile and hardcoded allocation ceiling. The full breakdown.

UK equities — core competence

Primary focus on FTSE 100, FTSE 250, and FTSE All-Share constituents. Selective participation in the AIM UK 100 for smaller-company diversification. Execution is confined to the London Stock Exchange's regular hours (8:00 am – 4:30 pm London time). No after-hours trading, no dark-pool routing on UK instruments.

Key instruments: FTSE 100, FTSE 250, FTSE All-Share, AIM UK 100, FTSE-100 futures (Z), blue chips (Shell, AstraZeneca, HSBC, Unilever, GSK, BP, Diageo, RELX, LSEG, Barclays, NatWest).

CAC 40 (France), DAX 40 (Germany), AEX 25 (Netherlands), IBEX 35 (Spain), and FTSE MIB (Italy) for country-specific signals. US equities

S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 for global diversification. Execution during regular NYSE and Nasdaq hours (2:30 pm – 9:00 pm London time). Selective participation in the pre-market session only when liquidity is adequate.

Key instruments: S&P 500 (SPX), Nasdaq 100 (NDX), individual names (Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Amazon, Alphabet, Berkshire Hathaway), Russell 2000 ETFs.

Forex — majors only

We trade exclusively the most liquid major currency pairs. Exotic pairs are structurally excluded — spread costs are too high relative to expected return. Forex positions typically last 6 to 48 hours and never over a weekend.

Key instruments: GBP/USD, EUR/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF, EUR/GBP, GBP/EUR, AUD/USD, USD/CAD.

Crypto — top tier only

Crypto exposure is restricted to the top five by market capitalisation. No meme coins, no small-cap DeFi tokens, no NFT-adjacent assets. Execution via institutional crypto custodians under the FCA's cryptoasset marketing regime. Weekend trading is disabled.

Key instruments: BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, XRP — quoted against GBP, USD, and USDT.

Commodities and hedging

Selected commodities for diversification, typically as a hedge against inflationary or crisis periods.

Key instruments: Gold (XAU/USD), silver (XAG/USD), Brent Crude, WTI, TTF (European natural gas), copper.

Allocation ceilings (hardcoded, not negotiable). No single position exceeds 5% of the portfolio. Crypto exposure is capped at 15%. Equity exposure at 65%. Commodities at 12%. These limits cannot be exceeded even at client request.
