The contractual basis for using the Uvistium wealth management platform. Please read in full before opening an account.
By registering an account you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you may not use our services. Our risk warning, privacy notice, and the individual contractual documents of your broker partners apply in addition.
The Uvistium platform is available to adults of legal capacity with ordinary residence in the United Kingdom, EU/EEA member state, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the United States. You are required to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any changes (in particular, residence or tax residency).
The current fee schedule — 0.72% flat annual fee on assets under management — is transparently described on our fees page. Changes are announced at least 60 days in advance.
Uvistium's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by English law. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Our liability for the trading decisions of our algorithmic models operating within agreed parameters is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that investments carry risks up to and including total loss of capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Before opening an account, you should read our full risk warning.
You may close your account at any time without stating a reason. Withdrawal of your balance follows the closure of all open positions, typically within 3 working days. Uvistium reserves the right to close accounts in cases of breach of contract, fraudulent conduct, or regulatory requirements.
These terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, save that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
We reserve the right to amend these terms. Amendments will be notified to you at least 60 days before they take effect, by email and via the platform. Failure to object within that period constitutes acceptance. Objection entitles you to terminate immediately.
If individual provisions of these terms are or become unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Consumer disputes may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) as an alternative dispute-resolution route.
